Pat the french fries dry.
Pre-heat your oven to 200C / 450F
Wrap the MEATLOAF in aluminium foil. Make sure it's well sealed.

Start the fries and bake the meatloaf
FOR THE FRIES : Cover the fries with a cooking and spread them out on a baking tray.
FOR THE MEATLOAF : Place the meatloaf parcels into a baking dish, add some water to the dish (just enough to reach halfway up the parcels). Cover the baking tray with foil to trap the steam.
Place them both in the oven for 30 minutes.

Grill the tomato and peas
Cut the tomatoes in half and season them with salt and epper. Heat the pan on a medium high heat. Add some cooking oil. Then carefully place tomato on the pan. Put the green peas in the same pan and cover it loosely. Cook until the peas are tender.
Take them out and serve on the side of the meatloaf, fries and BBQ sauce.
