    : Prepare the Ingredients
    Wash and dry the vegetables prior to chopping (as required):
    - Romaine Lettuce: cut the leaves if they’re too large
    - Tomato: slice them as thick or thin as you would like.

    - Burger Buns: cut in halves.

    Burger Patty:
    Heat some oil in a sauce pan and bring it to a medium heat otherwise the burgers are likely to burn before they are cooked completely. Start grilling the burgers for about 3-5 minutes each side.

    Build the Burger:
    We suggest you warm up the buns up slightly before building your burger. Use a touch of olive oil on the pan. That helps to keep the bun moist.
    Start with spreading the tomato relish at the base, followed by lettuce, tomato and then the patty.
    Plate and Serve.
