    Mise en Place
    Prepare the vegetables as follows:

    Lettuce: wash and dry lettuce. Cut the leaves if they’re too large
    Tomato: Slice them as thick or thin as you would like
    Cut the buns in halves.
    Grill Burger Patty
    Heat some oil in a sauce pan and bring it to a medium heat. Start grilling the burgers for about 3-5 minutes each side. Make sure the heat is set to medium otherwise the burgers are likely to burn before they are cooked completely.
    Build your Burger
    We suggest you warm up the buns up slightly before building your burger. Use a touch of olive oil on the pan. That helps to keep the bun moist. Relish at the base and build from there.
