: Grill the Patties
Heat a pan on medium heat and then add 1tbsp of oil. Spread the oil around the pan. Place the patties on to the pan and cook them on a medium flame for about 3 minutes and them flip the over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are nicely browned.
: Build the Burger, Plate and Serve
Cut the buns in half. If you have the time and the inclination, gently toast your burger buns. Spread the tomato relish provided, on both sides of the buns and place the patty.
Wash and dry the Arugula, dress it with extra virgin Olive Oil, salt and pepper.
