Grill Patty
Heat a pan on medium heat and then add 1 tbsp of oil. Spread the oil around the pan.Place the patties on to the pan and cook them on a medium flame for about 3 minutes and them flip the over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are nicely browned.
Prepare Salad
Wash & Dry your salad leaves & celery. Add the kalamata olives and dress dress with extra virgin Olive Oil. Season it just before serving with patty and tomato relish.
