    : Grill the Patty
    Heat a pan on medium heat and then add 1 tbsp of oil. Spread the oil around the pan. Place the patties on to the pan and cook them on a medium flame for about 3 minutes and them flip the over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are nicely browned.
    : Prepare the Salad, Plate and Serve
    - Mixed Salad Leaves: wash and dry
    - Celery: wash and cut.
    Ina mixing bowl combine; the above two, kalamata olives and dress with extra virgin oilve oil, salt and pepper.

    Plate and Serve:
    Plate the grilled cottage cheese corn patty with the salad and tomato relish on the side.
