    : Prepare the Ingredients
    Chicken: Get the chicken out of the fridge 15 minutes before cooking and rub the cajun spice all over it.

    Wash and dry the your vegetables prior to chopping (as required):
    - Broccoli: cut into florets
    - Garlic: chop
    - Basil Leaves: tear the leaves with hands.
    : Pan Fry the Chicken, Finish, Plate and Serve
    Heat a pan to a medium heat. Add some oil to the pan. Carefully place the chicken on the pan and let it cook till it is 70% cooked.
    Now turn the chicken breast over and then add the chopped garlic and the tomato and herb sauce provided.
    Add the basil leaves to the sauce. Check and adjust the seasoning.
    Sprinkle the mozzarella over the chicken breast, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook until the cheese has melted and the chicken is cooked.
    Remove and set the chicken and sauce side and return the pan to the heat.

    In the same pan, put the broccoli and a splash of water. Immediately cover the pan to trap the steam. Set to the heat to medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes. Season the broccoli once it is done.
    (If you want, steam the broccoli in a microwave at full power for 2 min 30s).

    Plate and Serve:
    Plate the chicken and the sauce and serve with the broccoli on the side.
