    Your Pantry Essentials
    Utensils: pan or grill | a bowl to mix salad |
    Pantry: salt and pepper | your preferred cooking oil |
    Prepare your Ingredients
    Red Bell Pepper: wash and cut into thin strips or juliennes.
    Mixed Salad leaves: rinse them in cold water and dry them.
    Black Olives: slice them or leave them whole.
    Grill the brochettes
    Heat some oil in a pan. Once the pan is hot enough, pan grill the brochettes. They should take roughly 2-3 minutes a side for the meat to come to medium. Then let the brochettes rest for 5 minutes before serving.
    Prepare Salad and Serve
    In a bowl combine; the mixed salad leaves, red peppers and black olives and balsamic dressing provided, salt and pepper. Mix well.

    Serve the brochettes with the salad and curry aioli on the side.
