    : Prepare the Ingredients
    Lamb: cut into strips aka Juliennes and let it marinate for around 15 minutes in about a quarter of the stir fry sauce.

    Wash and dry the vegetables prior to chopping (as required):
    - Red Bell Pepper: cut into thin strips aka Juliennes
    - Bok Choy: Split into halves or quarters
    - Snow Peas: remove the ends and the cut them in half
    - Spring Onions: cut them into 2.5 cms (1 inches)
    - Ginger: leave the skin or peel and then roughly chop it
    - Garlic: peel and chop.
    : Sitr Fry, Plate and Serve
    Heat your wok / pan. Once it is very hot, add your cooking oil. Hot wok / pan and cold oil is how you season your wok. Make sure your vegetables are dry or you risk having hot oil spluttering.

    Start frying your ingredients in the following order :
    1. Lamb: let it brown well
    2. Snow peas
    3. Ginger
    4. Red bell peppers
    5. Garlic
    6. Spring onions
    7. Bok Choy
    Add the remaining stir fry sauce. Toss. The entire stir fry should take you around 10 minutes. Check the seasoning.

    The Ginger Lamb is ready to plate and serve immediately.
