Mise en Place
Prepare the ingredients as follows:
Beef: cut into thin strips. Make sure it is at room temperature before cooking
Red Bell Pepper: cu t into thin strips
Carrot: cut into mid sized batons or long strips
Green French Beans: remove the string
Bean Sprouts: wash and dry
Spring Onions: cut them into dices
Spinach: cut into large leaves
Pak Choi: cut into large chunks
Ginger and Garlic: Mince.

Heat some oil in a pan. Lightly season the beef. Start by stir frying the garlic and ginger. Once they start to release some aroma, stir fry the beef.

Stir the vegetables with the beef in the following order:

Bell peppers
Adding the vegetables once every 2 or so minutes.

Add the Sauce and finish
Add the sauce, let it coat all the contents (Vegetables and Beef) of your pan or wok. Then add the spinach and turn off the heat.
Finish with sesame oil and top with the bean sprouts just before serving.
