    : Prepare the Ingredients
    Beef: cut into thin strips. Make sure it is at room temperature before cooking.

    Wash and dry the vegetables prior to chopping (as required):
    - Red Bell Pepper: cut into thin strips
    - Carrot: cut into mid sized batons or long strips
    - Green French Beans: remove the string
    - Bean Sprouts: just wash and dry
    - Spring Onions: cut them into dices
    - Spinach: cut into large leaves
    - Bok Choy: cut into large chunks
    - Ginger and Garlic: peel and mince.
    : Stir Fry the Beef and Vegetables
    Heat some oil in a pan. Lightly season the beef. Start by stir frying the garlic and ginger. Once they start to release some aroma, stir fry the beef.

    Stir the vegetables with the beef in the following order:
    - Carrots
    - Green French beans
    - Red Bell peppers
    - Bok Choy
    Adding one vegetable once every 2 or so minutes.
    Add the stir fry sauce, let it coat all the contents (Vegetables and Beef) in the pan or wok. Then add the spinach and turn off the heat.

    Plate and Serve:
    Finish with sesame oil and top with the bean sprouts and spring onions, plate and serve.
