    Mise en Place
    Preheat your oven to 180°C.
    Eggs; crack them into a bowl and beat them with the cream, cheese, salt, pepper and the nutmeg.

    Prepare the vegetables as follows:

    Spinach; wash and dry
    Red Onion; peel and dice
    Garlic; peel and mince.
    Prepare the Casserole
    Heat some oil in a frying pan, lightly sauté the onion and garlic. Then add the ground beef and brown it.
    Bake the Casserole
    Lightly grease an ovenproof dish. Put the browned, ground beef in the dish. Mix in the egg mixture and the baby spinach. Bake in the oven for around 20-30 minutes. You can tell when the casserole is done by inserting a knife or a wooden skewer in the center and it comes out clean.
