    you'll need
    An oven preheated to 210C/450F
    A frying pan or skillet.
    2 Oven pans, one for the steaks the other for the fries.
    A salad bowl
    A neutral cooking oil. We suggest canola or sunflower oil.

    SALAD LEAVES Take them out of the packet, wash and dry them.
    CHERRY TOMATOES Take them out of the packing, wash and dry them. Cut them into halves or quarters.
    RIBEYES Get them out of the fridge at least 25 minutes before cooking.Bring the steaks to room temperature to help them cook more evenly.
    PUT THE FRIES IN THE OVEN
    Coat them with a little cooking about 2 tbsp. Lightly grease the oven tray or use a baking sheet. Place the fries on oven tray. Put them in the oven and let them cook for about 20 minutes, turning them after every 10 minutes.
    COOK THE STEAKS
    Heat your frying pan or skillet on a high heat. You should see some smoke. Get the steak out of the vacuum packs and season them with the sea salt
    and ground pepper. Lightly oil the pan. Sear the steaks on both sides. That should take 1.5 to 2 minutes roughly. You should see a nice crust formed.
    Transfer the steaks to the oven to continue cooking. Rest the steaks for 5 minutes before serving with the Herb Butter on top and the Mustard on the side.

    TOSS THE SALAD
    In a salad bowl, lightly coat the salad leaves with the balsamic dressing. Then put the cherry tomatoes on top. Lightly season the salad.

    Alternatively : serve the salad leaves, cherry tomatoes and dressing separately and let everyone dress their own salad.
