    Thaw the Lamb Burgers
    Place the Lamb Burger(s) outside the fridge for about 10-15 minutes, so that it/they come(s) up to room temperature.
    Mise en Place

    Prepare the ingredients as foloows:

    Cucumber: Slice the cucumber as fine as you can
    Mixed Salad Leaves: Wash and dry out the leaves. Dress with a little extra virgin olive oil just before serving
    Tomatoes: Slice them into thick (1-2 cm thick) slices.
    Pan Fry the Burger
    Heat some oil in a frying pan. Lightly season the burger patty with salt and pepper. Once the oil is hot enough carefully place the patty on the pan and begin frying it on a medium heat. Let it cook for about 3-4 minutes a side. Let it cook a little longer if you like the patties well done.
    Once they are cook, let them rest for about 5 minutes before building your burgers.
    Build your Burger
    Place some mixed salad leaves and cucumber at the base, followed by the burger patty and tomato. Serve with the tomato relish.
