    Your Pantry Essentials
    A frying pan or skillet. A bowl to mix the salad
    Your preferred cooking oil
    Salt and Pepper.
    Prepare your Ingredients
    Keep the chicken out of the fridge 15 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature.

    Apple and Celery: wash and cut into juliennes or matchstick sized strips
    Cherry Tomatoes; wash and cut in half
    Baby Spinach: wash and dry.
    Pan Grill the Chicken
    Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat up a pan or skillet. Once it gets hot add some oil and completely coat the surface of the pan. Then carefully place the chicken breasts on the pan. You should hear a gentle sizzle, make sure the heat is to medium. You need roughly 5-8 minutes a side. Once the chicken is cooked, set it aside and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it.
    Dress and Assemble the Salad
    In a large mixing bowl, start dressing your salad.
    Start with the baby spinach. Add a little orange walnut dressing provided. Then place it at the base.
    Then dress the apple and celery with some orange walnut dressing provided. They become the next layer of the salad.
    Dress the cherry tomatoes, again with some orange walnut dressing provided and place them on your salad.
    Finally sprinkle the sunflower seeds and cranberries over the salad from some crunch and garnish.

    Serve the salad with the chicken. If you have any dressing left you can pour it on top.
