    Preparation of ingredients
    1. Wash and shred the romaine lettuce
    2. Peel the onion and slice into julienne
    3. Wash and cut the tomato remove seed cut into julienne
    4. Wash cucumber cut into cubes
    5. Wash carrot cut into cubes
    6. Wash and dry the coriander springs
    Cooking the chicken
    1. Marinate the chicken with Tikka marinade which we provide with the box
    2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken in a low flame till its cooked
    3. Once its cooked cut into julienne and keep a side
    4. In a different pan put tikka masala and put the chicken julienne and toss it. Finish with a little butter and cream.
    Assemble & serve the wrap
    Take the tortilla bread. Add the onion, tomato little lettuce on it, place the cooked and tossed chicken and add the rest of masala on it, sprinkle the coriander sprigs on top and finish assembling the wrap

    Assemble the side salad with the Romaine lettuce, cucumber, carrot, coriander, season with some salt,pepper and olive oil and serve
