    Preparation of ingredients
    1.wash Carrots peel and cut into cubes
    2.wash Beetroot peel and cut into cubes
    3.wash Brussel and cut into half
    4.wash leeks and cut into cubes
    5.wash potato and cut into cubes
    Cooking
    1. Take a baking tray and put all the vegetables
    2. Then add salt, pepper, garlic and some olive oil and mix well
    3. Set the oven for 180 degrees, put the vegetables in the oven for 30-40 min or until they are well cooked
    4. Marinate the cod fillet with salt,pepper,garlic and olive oil
    5. Put a pan on stove, heat some olive oil and start to cook the fish
    Assemble & serve
    Once the vegetable and fish heaved cook, bring it to the table and serve with warm sauce
