Meatball Sandwich with a Side Salad

    Stuff Meatballs with Cheese
    Preheat your oven to 200°C. Wash and dry mixed salad leaves. Then begin stuffing the meatballs with the grated mozzarella, save some mozzarella to sprinkle on top of the sandwich.
    Make the Meatballs in Sauce
    Start by heating some oil in a saucepan. Once it gets hot enough, add the meatballs and brown them. Once they have a nice brown colour to it, add around 2 tablespoons of water to loosen up the caramelised bit at the bottom of the pan. Then add the tomato sauce provided. Mix well and let it simmer for around 15 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked.
    Fill and grill the Sandwich
    As soon as the meatballs are ready, start filling the sandwich. Split the bread in half and carefully spoon in the meatballs and sauce. Sprinkle some cheese over the sandwich and grill in the oven for around 5 minutes.

    In the meantime prepare your salad (simple dressing of olive oil, salt and pepper) and chop the herbs.

    Once the sandwich is out, sprinkle the herbs on top.
