    Take the Meat balls out of the Fridge
    Get the meatballs out of the fridge at least 15 minutes before cooking. This allows them to come to room temperature.
    Boil Spaghetti
    Begin by bringing some water to a boil. You will need roughly 1 litre per 100g of spaghetti. Once the water reaches a boil, add salt. Then add the spaghetti. It should take approximately 8 minutes till it is cooked.

    Wash and dry the salad leaves.
    Make the Meatballs in Sauce
    Heat some oil in a pan. As soon as the oil is hot enough start browning the meatballs. Add the tomato sauce and then allow the meatballs to cook for 15 minutes on a gentle simmer. Cover the sauce pan with a lid. Check for seasoning.
    Make a simple salad dressing with salt, pepper and olive oil. Once the spaghetti and meatballs are cooked, you can then bring them to the table. Grate the parmesan and sprinkle it over the meat balls.
