    : Prepare the Ingredients
    Keep the mince beef out of the fridge at least 15 minutes before cooking. Season it lightly with salt and pepper. Roll mince into meatballs.

    Mixed Salad Leaves: wash and dry.
    : Boil the Spaghetti
    Begin by bringing some water to a boil. You will need roughly 1 litre per 100g of spaghetti. Once the water reaches a boil, add salt. Then add the spaghetti. It should take approximately 8 minutes till it is cooked. Drain the water.
    : Make the Meatballs in Sauce, Plate and Serve
    Heat some oil in a pan. As soon as the oil is hot enough start browning the meatballs. Once meatballs are done, add the tomato and herb sauce provided. Allow the meatballs to cook for 15 minutes on a gentle simmer in the covered pan. Check for seasoning.

    Dress the mixed salad leaves with a simple dressing of salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Serve on the side.

    Plate and Serve:
    You can either add the spaghetti to pan with the meatballs and sauce. Mix well, sprinkle the parmesan and serve. OR
    You can plate the spaghetti and top with the meatballs and sauce, sprinkle the parmesan and serve.
